Green Hive Thinking Tools presented at the PMI UK Sustainability Summit 2025

Green Hive took part in the Sustainability Summit 2025, organised by the Project Management Institute UK, a high-profile event bringing together professionals and organizations, sustainability leaders and innovators to discuss the future of the discipline.
During the Summit, Miriam Lanzetta, Head of International Projects at Lascò, delivered a keynote speech focused on the evolving role of the project manager as an architect of sustainable change. Her intervention highlighted a critical shift currently shaping the profession: sustainability and project management can no longer be treated as separate domains, but as interdependent systems that require new competences, tools and governance models.
As part of the session, Miriam presented a set of Green Hive Thinking Tools designed to support professionals and organizations in embedding sustainability into everyday decision-making processes. These tools aim to translate sustainability principles into concrete, operational practices, helping them move from strategy to measurable impact.
The presentation at the PMI UK Sustainability Summit reinforced Green Hive’s mission: to equip professionals and organizations with practical thinking tools that support sustainable transformation.
Green Hive is proud to have contributed to the international discussion on the future of project management and to have shared tools that empower professionals to generate lasting, measurable value for organisations, communities and ecosystems.
